Been a while since I sat down and took a long look at Poly and me finally noticing a proliferation of girls with purple forelocks (Titan A.E. & GEN13) I decided to make a few changes in Poly's appearance. Mostly a mild alteration in the hairstyle and some sleaker, sexier clothes. I tried this once before with no where near the results I got today.

What got me started on this was the need to have some stronger portfolio pieces in the gallery and I'm making a "Mock-Up" of a PSM magazine cover. What I'll do with this is get it on the light table...redraw it with crisper lines and fix any anatomical anamolies I discover AFTER I get away from it for a few hours and get a fresh look. (I already think her Gun hand might be a smidge too large)

Then I'll ink and CG it. Part of the reason I took it through photoshop in pencil phase was to get a feel for how I wanted the textures to come across. I used the smudge and color dodge tools on the hair to get that pantene shine I hope to bring across in the final CG.
